- Ayon sa datos ng Bureau of Labor Relations (BLR) tungkol sa Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA), mayroong kabuuang 436 CBAs ang nagfile noong 2006. Karamihan dito (350 o 80.3%) ay renewals at 18 o 4.1 porsiyento naman ay renegotiated. Mahigit sa kalahati (53.0%) ay negotiated ng affiliated unions at ang nalalabi ay mula sa mga independent unions.
- Karamihan (267 CBAs o 61.2%) sa 436 filed ay mula sa sector ng industriya at 146 o 33.5 porsiyento naman ay sa sektor ng serbisyo. Maliit na bahagi lamang ang sa agrikultura (23 CBAs). Samantala, ang marami sa rehistradong CBAs sa sector ng industriya ay mula sa paggawa (252 o 57.8%), partikular sa food product at beverages (72 CBAs) at sa rubber and plastic products (28 CBAs).
- Saklaw ng 419 CBAs ang bargaining unit ng mga rank and file employees samantalang 17 CBAs naman ang sa supervisory level.
- Sa 60,016 kabuuang manggagawa na sakop ng CBAs (workers covered), 39,481 (65.8%) dito ay mga lalaki, 19,812 (33.1%) ay pawang kababaihan at 723 (1.2%) naman ay hindi nabanggit ang kasarian (not stated).
